(If you want to take creatine) Nice combination of the 5mg creatine here. A lot of other variations of this brand's collagen on other vitamin retailers do not have these many specific grams of collagen paired with the 5mg creatine. Recommend pairing collagen with vitamin C to get most benefit. You can find cheaper cost for just collagen but not spectrum, ingredients, quality and value in my opinion. I'll keep buying.
