They are pretty long which I like as it offers better looseness. They fit good I just messed up and got a size too big but they are super comfortable. First off I just want to say that I'm six foot one and 250 pounds and I'm a pretty active guy. I wore these shorts casually as well at a get together and I was at first second guessing the color thinking that I would have trouble pairing it with different tops but to my surprise it actually paired well with multiple different colors and styles. I also really enjoyed where the shorts ended at the knee. I have had trouble in the past where the knee was either too exposed or not exposed enough. And it was uncomfortable when walking or sitting. But the shorts are cut perfectly. They were also very roomy in the seat, which I've had trouble with because I have thick thighs. And these shorts felt comfortable all day. The zipper is of good quality, and the pockets were roomy without being too big. That's important because the days of the cargo shorts are over even though they're more attractive from a utilitarian point of view, these shorts are much more stylish.

High quality shorts! The material feels great and holds up well. The pockets feel plenty deep and definitely feel like these will be able to handle any activity. The waist has a stretch band as well adding to the comfort. The only thing is the size seems to be a little big for what was advertised, will have to wear with a belt.

These Weather Proof Tech Utility Shorts are perfect for summer! The fabric is lightweight and comfortable. My iPhone fits perfectly in the tech pocket. I'm not much of a belt person, and, I wish I had ordered a size down as the stretchy material made them a touch too big in the waist. I love the shorts none the less! You can tell these are nicely made, but they should be for the price. The fit, however is a bit weird. The waist is very tight for my size, but the inseam is long and the leg openings are wide. If you like that style, maybe these work for you, but they did not work for me.
