Great

Yes, it is easy to use

Nice product. Yes, easy it use. helps keep things warm for longer time and not use gas or microwave for reheating :)

The model number in your drop down menu is not correct. Your system would not let me insert the number on my unit. RJ22-BLK-V4-CO

Heats up great, and big enough for 2 - 9x13 casserole dishes. I don't think that you need all the heat settings, but it does work good.

The warming tray is just perfect. It really helps to keep the food at a perfect temperature for serving.

The warming tray keeps about 3 trays of food very warm.

Seems to perform very well. Even low settings produce sufficient warmth.

Just bought it. Have to try it out to make a comment

I saw it at my cousin's house and loved it. I bought 3.
