Keeps food warm as promised. However, the containers slide around on the glass tray as food scooped out. You need to add a raised edge or silicone grips to the tray.

We used it right after opening to keep food warm for a big get together and worked great. It does take a little time to heat up so best to start it early

simple controls and easy to use. wish it had a digital thermostat for better control rather than an analog dial with no indication of temperature. (1st world problem, it's fine)

Easy to use! Cleanup was a breeze because of the helpful instructions to be cautious with surface to prevent scratching, no foil contact and no food contact. Surface still ended up with a small scratch from unknown source.

I have 2 of these and am using them instead of the chafing dish that I have used in the past. Very effective and max temp of surface is around 260F which works well to keep food warm for parties. And they look elegant too

After we looked at the price of Sterno cans, this seemed like a better deal in the long run. We like the first one so much, we bought a second one for an upcoming holiday party. Assuming they hold up, these are a good buy.

We were unsure how well they would perform… ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE is the answer. Large enough to hold many dishes. Kept everything quite warm. We bought two and everyone that came for dinner asked about them! Definitely a great find!
