They taste wonderful and have a slight crunchy chew to them that really accentuates the flavor, as an added plus they dont have a lingering aftertaste. Doesn't dry out mouth and is a non chalky untackey texture that goes down smoothly. I'm glad I tried these, they are great quality.

The chewable tablets are a fantastic alternative to the chalky tablets and I would definitely recommend them if you aren't a fan of those.

They claim to take care of 5 symptoms: Nausea, Heartburn, Indigestion, Upset Stomach, and Diarrhea. I did not have all of these, but found these chews to be effective with the symptoms I did suffer. The only reason I didn't rate these 5 stars is because of their intense, minty flavor that tastes just like the liquid Pepto Bismol (a flavor I'm not a fan of). The chews have a size and texture similar to some chewable candies that come in a tube. I'd probably like these Pepto Chews better if they came in assorted fruit flavors.
