The volume on the battery operation was bery low for my desire. I did not use it plugged into an outlet, i didn't care about that function.

Was a good deal while on sale. Base mode not real good does not change enougt to tell if on base or not.

Very well built speaker, great sound took to a class reunion played music for several hours barely used any of the battery life! Was able to use the microphone too, worked great had a lot good comments on it they all wondered where bought lt!

Battery has died now on 2 separate units within 6 months of purchase. Monster needs to use a battery quality battery. Speaker sounds good. Too bad I can only use it when it's plugged in.

I bought this about 2 months ago and it has worked beyond my expectations. Would sincerely recommend this product to anyone. Great sound, easy to use, long battery life between charges. Price is very reasonable.
