It distributes heat very well, so my food cooks evenly. With the pan being 12 inches, the handle is definitely appreciated. Not to mention, clean up is quick and easy. I have used it to cook with almost everyday since it came in the mail. I love it and highly recommend if you're looking for a new frying pan.

It's the perfect size for both eggs and also cooking everyday chicken. Heat is evenly distributed but you must follow the directions. Also a plus is that it is VERY easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to switch all of my cookware to ceramic and stain steel cookware since it is suppose to be non toxic and way healthier for you so I was so excited to be able to try this pan! I absolutely love it. It is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. I was so excited to test it out and am so excited for all the meals I will to make using this pan (I took the pictures before I used the pan). The pan is used exactly like any other pan. I have a gas stove and it works great with it. It doesn't take too long to heat up. I always use just a little oil or butter even with nonstick pans and the pan didn't burn the oil by not using it fast enough. I love that it comes with a lid. It is also just such a beautiful pan. White and gold are my favorite so this pan matches my style perfectly. This is definitely going to be a pan I overuse!
