It will be the first of many pans we receive and anything Oprah endorses has never let us down! This pan is a fun neutral color and cooks food evenly and not too fast. No sticking and easy to clean!

This is a pan that you can make a sauce or something similar in without worrying about it sloshing out. There was no stickiness of food with what I have cooked in this pan. I like this pan so much that I have looked at this brands other items in stores for purchasing.

It's simple but striking. The gold handles really elevate the look, and every component seems high quality. Time will tell if it's durable, but it still looks and works like new after using it for a couple of weeks. Features: Cleanup is a breeze, thanks to the ceramic nonstick coating. I just hand wash it with a soft sponge and some gentle dish soap in most cases, but it is dishwasher safe. I've heard hand washing can help preserve the nonstick coating and the “Quick Tips” sticker that's on the pan when you unbox it advises to hand wash for best results. The pan is oven and broiler safe up to 600 °F, and the glass lid is safe up to 425 °F. As I mentioned about the design, it seems durable, so I think the hard-anodized construction and diamond-infused ceramic nonstick surface truly make a difference. I opt for silicone utensils to prevent scratching the surface, but even when I use metal utensils I don't notice any scratching. Results: I've cooked a variety of foods on the Reserve 12” Frying Pan, and everything has been exceptional. Eggs, meats, vegetables, and more turn out better when I use this pan. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These GreenPan - Reserve Ceramic Nonstick 10" and 12" Frypan Set | Black with Gold-Tone Handles are super heavy duty, but also just heavy to handle. I would worry about putting some heavier foods in them and not being able to move them off the stove without dropping it. The pans are very nice looking and stylish and clean up easily and still look brand new even after several uses.

I absolutely love these pans! I use them for light, daily cooking. They clean up so easily. I use dish soap and a soft dish brush or the soft side of a sponge. There is never any scrubbing necessary. I also have the large Reserve fry pan that comes with a lid. I wish it came with the set, because I use it almost daily. I bought the felt dividers to store the pans and I'm careful not to use metal tools that might scratch the surface. I'm careful with them and they still look like new after 3-4 years. I'll be purchasing another set for my daughter and her first apartment!

I researched for a long time before purchasing this set. I am so glad I did. First off, they are absolutely beautiful! I have used all but one now. I have never cooked eggs so easily and stick free! The clean up is so easy. Literally just rinse under the faucet and dry. Maybe use a little dish soap if there's any oily residue. I also made a stir fry in the deep frying pan and same thing - not one piece of chicken, rice or veggies stuck and no stains. I did follow instructions for use very carefully. If you take extra care when cooking, you can avoid the burning and staining. These pans are an investment, so worth the little extra effort to take special care of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is very heavy! The yellow outer finish is very nice. The gold handle is sturdy and bolted in well. The white inner finish is smooth and even. The pan cooks well with and most importantly without oil. It is not totally stick proof. It doesn't warp or peel. The coating is permanently blasted on. The clear glass lid is a nice bonus! It fits the pan perfectly. It does get hot on the gold pull top. The pan AND handle also get very hot, so use pot holders. The pan and lid wash well. Overall it's a good quality pan!
