I could fry potstickers with very little oil, and they didn't stick at all! To me that's an ultimate test. It's only been a few weeks so I'll have to see how long they last, but so far so good.

Performance of these pans is phenomenal! However the cream colored set that i ordered began to stain very quickly with use ( outside only). That being said, I highly recommend them. They are wonderful to work with. Jeff

Multiple items of set chipped after one use. Extremely disappointed with Greenpan's response to the issue. First review I have ever left but want to save others from buying this set and having to deal with this company.

These pans are stunning - I've only started using them but so far I'm totally happy with their ability to conduct heat evenly, reduce my use of oils and clean up easily. I didn't really need additional pans but I'm glad I purchased these.

Absolutely gorgeous set and I've already used all pieces without oil and they are fantastic! I think the secret to everlasting, great, nonstick pans is to hand wash them!

Love this cookware! It is totally non-stick. It washes up easily with a soft, soapy sponge. It's ceramic - so healthier for you. Nothing sticks. It is durable. I have nothing but good things to say about it except I wished I bought it sooner!

My husband and I LOVE these pans. They work so well - the non-stick is light years better than any other pan we have used. And they are so easy to clean. And look BEAUTIFUL.

I am so excited about my purchase of the 13 piece black cookware set!!! They came quickly and are more than I expected. They will be replacing my Calphalon cookware.

This sauce pans are wonderful!! The look and quality are beautiful! They Cooke evenly and require much (much!) less fat to prevent any sticking. Highly recommend.

This is a great set of pans that we bought with cooking safety in mind! The gold trims are classy & we're especially happy about the balance and handling of the larger sizes! Impressive!
