These pans are amazing. Easy to cook in and easy clean up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are simply beautiful. The periwinkle color is so vibrate and I love the way it looks with the gold handles. High quality and very durable. These wash fine in the dishwasher. They cook nicely. I've had some issues with the egg sticking to the bottom of the pan, even after I used butter, since you cannot use cooking spray. Other than that these are really nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are definitely very esthetically pleasing but they're overall very average. They seem to have decent non-stick quality and are easy to clean but one thing I don't like about them is that they're surprisingly heavy. This may not matter to some people but I find that I don't reach for these simply because it's almost more effort and I tend to use my other pans instead. The quality is fine--not bad, not great--but there's nothing about them that's truly notable and they just missed the mark a bit for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this frying pans! The design is sleek with the brass handle and the quality is top notch. They are heavy and sturdy. Very well made. I love using this for cooking. They are non-stick and has a ceramic coating. They heat up evenly. I made some hash browns and eggs on it and it was perfectly cooked! I used butter and olive oil and it just slides out of the pan. They are so easy to clean too which is a definite plus! Being a mom with two little kids, easy is always a way to go for me. This is now our new staple in the kitchen and I can see this one to last a long time! GreenPan just never dissapoint! I Just love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't to impressed with these pans. To me they worked just as well as any other brand on the market with the same features. I decided to do an experiment to see how it would cook using no spray and using spray. I used both pans on my stovetop and in my oven side by side cooking the same dish. On the stovetop I decided to cook fried eggs to test the nonstick ability and I wasn't impressed. In the oven I choose a frittata and there was noticable uneven cooking. I will continue to use them and see if I get different results but until then I'm definitely not switching from my regular pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try this not too long ago. They are nice. I like how easy they are to clean. I don't need to scrub or let them soak as much as I have other brands. The food is evenly cooked as well. I make pork chops with it and eggs, which has always been difficult to clean off with other items I've had.

These pans started chipping as soon as I started using them even though I have never stacked or used metal utensils in them. Just putting the lids on them when cooking causes chips in the inside coating. I bought them for the health benefits and the non stick is truly amazing! I love chasing eggs around the pan trying to scramble them! Just disappointed in the aesthetic quality for the price. When I recommend GreenPan to others, I suggest maybe a higher price point would have better aesthetic quality?

MrsMom here again - raising my rating slightly from six months ago. I have had the pans a year and a half now. I discovered that a new dishwashing power spray gets these pans right back to like new non-stick. I can flip eggs again without them sticking. They still tend to chip easily, but they are so beautiful. I do not put them in the dishwasher and I do not use metal utensils. I treat them like my Grandmother's good china. The light interior does not stain or discolor, but the bottom of the pan does, as all pans will, with use. Much happier with this purchase since I found the blue spray wash.

I love the Twilight (dark blue) color and the gold handles add a beautiful touch as well. Not only is this set nice to look at it, but all of the pieces are durable and functional. I like that the pots and pans are ceramic and have non-stick coating making them easy to clean. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking to get very nice pots and pans.

I have not had anything stick to them so far and the heat seems to distribute evenly while cooking and are very easy to clean. I also adore the periwinkle color!
