I received this fry pan as a Christmas gift and loved it for the first 8 months we had it. I will note that it had a dent in the metal band around the lid upon opening and I also noticed a tiny divot in the bottom of the pan. It worked beautifully for months and then suddenly the nonstick property failed. I am not sure what happened. I use soft clots for cleaning and we always use ghee or avocado oil in the pan when cooking. Based on the pan failing so soon and so suddenly, I would not recommend

I received the 9.5” pan for Christmas. I was excited to replace my old non-stick that was badly scratched. It took some time to get used to using a lower temp - it gets very hot even on lower temps. Everything I've cooked on it has stuck - I always use oil in the pan. For some foods that's not necessarily a bad thing though it is very annoying, but I haven't been able to make a decent egg since I got it. The only thing it's good for is scrambling. I kept my old pan just in case and will be pulling it out of storage. Really disappointed in this pan.

If you buy the reserve ceramic with gold toned handles, you will need to buy a separate pan specifically for eggs. It's impossible to make an over medium egg without it sticking to the pan even using oil or butter. Prove me wrong GreenPan. I'll totally change my rating if you post a video start to finish placing pan on the stove, flame setting, flipping it with no stick etc…

This cookware set that I spent over a month deliberating on and finally decided to get is anything but pleasing. AFter pampering these pots and pans to ensure they don't have any issues, I have ended up with same issue everyone else out here has. The non stick feature has reduced drastically after a couple of months. Of course it is chipping even with the use of wooden and silicon utensils. The worst part is with all the recommended options for cleaning, for the life of me I cannot get thses pots looking the way they should. When food spils and sticks on the outside, It sticks for LIFE!! I have to upload picture. I have tried every possible way to get my green pan looking green again to no avail and it is FRUSTRATING. It is messing up the look of my kitchen to have pans I cannot possibly clean. I need to get this out of my house and get something that does not take me an hour to clean and yet no sensible result. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. Spending this much money should be worth it. THIS IS NOT! IT IS NOT FAIR. How do you produce a product with all this rave and it is not even functional? If T-fal had a colored set of pots like these, I would never have ventured buying these. I have had non-stick pots last years before they lose their non-stick ability and I was scared of consuming harmful metals beng released from those pots.Non of my previous pots even stainless were such a nightmare to clean and maintain. It's horriffic! I have uploaded pictures of 2 of my Green pans that are 3 months old vs my Blue Ombre non stick Wok from a diff brand that is 18months old. The diff is clear. We are being ripped off here!

These pans are BY FAR the worst things I've ever owned. Non-stick ability was going after 1 month. We NEVER used any metal utensils, only wood and silicon, and the pans still chipped and scratched within weeks. Even the lids that come with the saucepans chip the rim of the pans. Huge waste of money.

I purchased the 8, 10, 12" pans, and have been using for 3 weeks. The non-stick properties are unbelievable. Each item placed in the pan moves freely, and requires only the smallest amount of oil. All of the claims that Greenpan makes about these pans are true, but a competitor, Hex-clad seems to exaggerate all of their claims. The Hex-clad surface seems to degrade very quickly, and the external surface, and the rims of the pans began to discolor immediately. I've been carefully monitoring all three of the Greenpans (washing by hand, regularly examining the pan's inside and outside finishes, and have found no scarring, or degradation in any way. These pans are excellent, and I may have found a pan that will last a lifetime.

They are beautiful upon arrival yes, but my goodness they do not hold up as advertised. The coating started wearing off here & there on mine within a few months which was disappointing but I wasn't super surprised. But just tonight I was warming something up & saw that a round little rubber piece from the bottom of the lid was about to pop off into my food. Thank goodness I saw it & took it off. It is beyond me how there's plastic even as a component of this cookware. Would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my new favorite pans! They cook evenly and are super easy to clean! I have used them several times and will be getting one more. They are perfect for omelets and pancakes. I've also used them to brown hamburger meat. They are great!

received my cookware as promised and love the way it looks and the weight of each item. I'm not sure why there are some negative remarks but I think this is great cook ware! I got two pans from my daughter to try first and ending up buying the set. You can't go wrong in my opinion

If you're looking for a ceramic non-stick, look elsewhere. I landed on these after a bit of research and boy was I fooled. Even if you cook on low and follow instructions to the T, these will 100% lose or become extra sticky. Reach out to their support and it's basically pointless. At one point I had to follow up a couple times since I got absolutely zero response for months.
