I purchased this for my daughter for her birthday. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight it was. It was easy to connect to the bluetooth on my phone as well as my tv. The speaker had great sound. I was surprised by how loud it was. We did notice though that the microphones kept cutting out and you couldn't hear anything. I made the decision to exchange it for a new one. Unfortunately, we had even more issues with the new one. I was unable to get it to connect to any of my devices. It kept saying it was connected, but it was not one of our devices. I was unable to do a reset on the machine. We tried to use an aux cord instead but you could barely hear the music. Then it randomly would turn off and not turn back on again. Even with a full charge. Unfortunately, I will be returning this one as well.

the speaker itself is loud and sounds great. Easy set up. However, I found that the microphone has a delay. I also didn't see adjustment options like treble and base for the mic.
