Prior to drinking liquid IV I would normally cramp up after exercise, now I don’t. The arctic raspberry is my favorite flavor!

They taste good in full strength and I even split a packet most days to keep the electrolyte absorption rolling good with multiple cups and still enough flavor that doesn't taste watered down.

Usually change up a flavor or 2 every 4-5 months as new flavors come in. Arctic Raspberry has just made the permanent rotation! All I can say is, 'try it, you'll like it!!!"

As usual the formula works and is tasty, I only wish they would remove the B vitamins for those of us that would use these daily but don't want a B vitamin overdose.

Liquid I. V. Has been a life saver for our family! Not only is it refreshing when working out in the heat, but I also use it during pregnancy to help me get the water I need! The flavor is great (arctic raspberry is a favorite in our home) and it’s an easy way to stay hydrated! We’ve got ours on subscription.

This is one of my top 3 choices. It has a blue raspberry flavor and not too tart not too sweet just perfect and full flavor. Im on a glp1 and it helps me get started with hydration first thing in the morning. I actually crave these as they're very refreshing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arctic Raspberry flavor has great hydration and dissolves quickly. The flavor is very palatable but is a little on the sweet side, so maybe it could have a little less sugar which would also cut the calories.
