It took a bit to get used to the taste, but now I enjoy it. I’m not a big water drinker so I thought if I flavored it a bit, it would encourage me to drink more plus the benefit of the electrolytes is great! My daughter is a long distance hiker and of course after she tried it and loved it, I had to ordered 4 more bags!! We are trying some different flavors. We really like the attic raspberry and the mango so far. Love the sales you offer too!! Oh, and I got the drinking mug and I love it!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tasty, not over powering, cool subtle color. Makes me wish other flavors had some. I use Liquid IV on bike rides. Seemed to really help this summer. Less sweat eye burn, less cramping after long hard rides. Bc of using them I ditched my carb powders. Not in place of, just figured to have food at stops. And I've only used the single serving pouches but looking forward to tubs in the winter when the bike is on the indoor trainer.

They taste good in full strength and I even split a packet most days to keep the electrolyte absorption rolling good with multiple cups and still enough flavor that doesn't taste watered down.

Prior to drinking liquid IV I would normally cramp up after exercise, now I don’t. The arctic raspberry is my favorite flavor!

Liquid I. V. Has been a life saver for our family! Not only is it refreshing when working out in the heat, but I also use it during pregnancy to help me get the water I need! The flavor is great (arctic raspberry is a favorite in our home) and it’s an easy way to stay hydrated! We’ve got ours on subscription.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arctic Raspberry flavor has great hydration and dissolves quickly. The flavor is very palatable but is a little on the sweet side, so maybe it could have a little less sugar which would also cut the calories.
