I love my new laptop as it is such an improvement over my old one. Much faster and a larger screen. The only downside is that when I tap the mouse area it doesn't always take and I have to tap it again. Is that normal?

Company needs help

So Far My Omni Book Is working for me, The Only thing missing That My last laptop had, is a key board would light up. Other then that I'm real Happy with it. Thank You HP

Disappointed that the keyboard is not backlit. The screen sharpness is poor. I hate how the mouse pad is unresponsive. I have owned 6 different HP computers; this will be the last one. I'll try Dell for my next one. On the other hand, transfer and setup were simple.
