I use them overnight, and they provide excellent leak proof protection throughout the night. I had problems with many other training pants before, especially with leaks, but this one works perfectly for us. The most important thing for me is making sure my little girl sleeps comfortably and stays dry all night, and these training pants truly help with that. She sleeps much better now without waking up from discomfort or wetness. I am very satisfied with this product and would definitely give it 5 stars.
