She is in the late stages of potty training at night and only has an "accident" once in awhile so these work perfectly for her and are more discreet than others. I would put them at a perfect five if they were softer in general, they are soft enough, but not as soft as we usually use. I would definitely travel with these for those just incase nights.

I use them overnight for my daughter, and she finds them easy to put on and pull off. They also don't leak, even though she has nighttime accidents.
