I actually decided to wait to put it up because I thought it was going to take some time ! BOY WAS I WRONG ! First impression is this is beautiful, not to wide. Not to heavy to move. Honestly it was just right. Better yet the time it took to set up from start to finish may have been 30 minutes! That's a game changer ! The dresser is absolutely spacious. The design is so modern that it can grow with your child. I think I love that the most. Overall I absolutely love this dresser. And would highly recommend this product !!!

Having just recently had my second baby a few months ago, we had yet to purchase a dresser for his nursery room so this couldn't have came at a better time! This dresser is everything and more than what I wanted for baby's room. It's white with the most stunning dark wood details at the bottom that really draw the eye and elevates the look. The size is perfect for his room and fits a lot with room to spare, I'm actually very confident this piece of furniture will be used for him even when he gets older as well. It is extremely spacious, I love the fact that the top two drawers are shorter so you can use those to place other personal items and not just clothes. The hardware handles are a beautiful silver almost u-shape. While I adore how it looks, I will say I'm not too sure if it's the best choice of handle for a nursery dresser as they do stick out pretty far and I'd be scared for my kid to bump into them. However, that is an easy fix as you can easily replace them with something else and place them back later on! The quality of the dresser itself is amazing. It's sturdy, heavy and just feels like a long lasting piece of furniture that will grow with my child. This dresser took my husband a bit longer than what it said on the instructions. Based on the instructions, it said it should take about an hour to build but it took him nearly an hour and a half. It wasn't difficult as the instructions were very clear and easy to follow but my husband just likes to take his time and make sure every step is done correctly and properly before moving on to the next. We're not exactly the most skilled builders but we were able to build it on our own without any issues!

My first impression was how heavy duty and well made it felt. Once assembled, it looked even more beautiful in person and matched my baby's nursery perfectly. It has such an elegant look and feels more like a high-end furniture piece than a typical nursery dresser. Assembly was around 16 steps. I put it together completely by myself without my husband's help, and it took me about 2 hours. The process took some time because of the size, but I was able to do it on my own which says a lot. What I liked most is the quality. It feels sturdy, durable, and built to last through more than just the baby stage. The drawers are spacious and the overall design looks fancy without sacrificing function. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this dresser to other parents looking for something elegant, durable, and high quality for their nursery. 5 stars from me.

The package was really heavy to lift, I definitely recommend to have help to moving the package. Upon opening the box, I was very impressed with the packaging. As I assembled the dresser I inspected each piece for cracks, scratches, or any imperfections. I didn't find any evidence of damage. I like how each piece was wrapped for protection and tons of styrofoam. The backing of the dresser is a strong, heavy duty plywood board. The rest of the dresser seemed to be solid wood. There was a ton of pieces to assemble, because there you also have to build the drawers. The whole project was almost a breeze to assemble and the directions for the most part was very easy to follow. My only suggestion is to have a sticker to indicate which side of the panel faces up. I also wish the dresser was a little taller, but I am okay with the height. Perfect for my child to access all her drawers. My daughter loves her new dresser. I am very impressed how many clothes will fit neatly inside.

When we first got the Lauren 6- drawer double dresser I was a little concerned with how heavy it was. Having moved a few times, we try to avoid the heavier, more difficult to move items as much as possible, but in this case the weight is probably one of the things I appreciate the most about this dresser. When I unboxed everything and started putting it together I learned that most of the weight of the dresser is the back panel, which as parents with a baby that's starting to climb EVERYTHING, that extra weight in the back keeps it more sturdy so we can worry less about it falling on him. This dresser looks simple in a beautiful way, which we are all about. We were a little hesitant about the smaller handles while we were assembling it, but they are big enough that they really aren't annoying at all. We really love the darker wood bottom and legs, it breaks up the full white in a subtle and beautiful way. We really enjoy that it is the perfect height and width for using the top as a changing table. As a husband/dad that has assembled his fair share of “easily assembled” furniture, I was very pleasantly surprised with how smooth this was to put together. My wife was tired of hearing about how this is the first thing I've ever assembled that every single hole lined up perfectly. As I mentioned earlier, this dresser is STURDY. Not just sturdy pieces, but sturdy hardware. This isn't one of those dressers with tiny little screws that get lost in the carpet. The only thing I struggled with, that was mostly user error, is that the drawers do have to go in a certain way (meaning side to side, not just the obvious top to bottom). The drawers have a different sized lip on either side so you have to make sure you get them in the right side to side, or they won't fit. But a couple minutes of trial and error and it was an easy fix. I honestly can't say enough about how impressed I was with the assembly process of the Laurel Dresser, I actually find myself enjoying the process instead of being frustrated and worried about how I was going to have to “just make it work”. It was refreshing. Someone really took pride in designing this dresser for baby safety, easy assembly, and plain and simple beauty. It is definitely a dresser we would recommend to any of our family or friends.

It is very sturdy and well made. The drawers are easy to open and don't get stuck. The top row of drawers are a little smaller than the bottom two rows. The assembly took a little bit of time though, about 4 hours or so, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is also a little on the small side and while it fit all that I needed it to, some of it was a tight squeeze. But over all it's a great dresser that would go well in a kid's room!

That's what makes this product sturdy, safe, and a worthwhile product that will last and can be used for multiple nurseries. However, because it's real wood, it means it's extremely heavy—so keep that in mind for assembly and moving! It took me longer than I expected, and I wish I had a second person to help. The detail touches like the curve edges are nice, but I could do without the silver handles. It would have been nicer with a sleeker handle (or one that was invisible, like an indentation). I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and it ended up feeling much more solid and well-made than I expected. The design is really cute — it has a little bit of a mid-century feel to it, but the more modern hardware keeps it looking fresh and current. It works really well in our baby's room. The assembly process took me forever personally, but this was also my first time assembling furniture on my own, so I expected a bit of a learning curve. That said, my husband commented multiple times on how organized all the screws and hardware were, which made things much easier. The instructions were also very clear and easy to follow. One of my favorite things about this dresser is how sturdy it feels once assembled. I also really appreciated that it came with safety hardware so we could securely anchor it in the nursery. The drawer sizes are great too — the smaller drawers actually make organizing baby clothes and essentials a lot easier. My only negatives are that a couple of the drawers don't tuck in perfectly straight, though I'm honestly not sure if that's due to my assembly skills or the dresser itself. I also wish the drawers were soft-close. Other than that, I've been really happy with it overall.

I received this dresser as part of the stellar product testing panel, and it has the ability to go with a wide spectrum of nursery furniture and themes. The dresser is a great mix of contemporary and traditional and can fit well into any space. It is also well constructed and built for the long haul. We have no doubts when putting a changing table on top that the dresser will be sturdy enough to hold our kiddo for a long time. Assembly was very straightforward. Took my spouse and I 90 minutes to built and the instructions referenced 60 minutes. When finished that amount of time seemed to be pretty par for the course compared to other furniture assemblies. The one stylistic choice we thought might end up polarizing is the handles. Semi-odd for the handles to be metal loops that are just bolted in. It's a choice that people may shy away from, however we enjoy its uniqueness. Overall this is a great looking piece that will be a staple in the nursery for years to come. Don't shy away from buying!

The simple video tutorial that gave me a visual and an idea of what to expect while building the dresser was also a nice touch. My stepdad and I did encounter a couple of minor hiccups during assembly, though they were largely user error on our part. The only significant issue we discovered was that 4 screws on the bottom were too loose. This is a potential safety hazard in a nursery, as loose screws could pose a choking risk to small children. Fortunately, this did not deter me as I was able to replace them with longer, more secure screws. Overall, I love the modern aesthetic that fits perfectly in my nursery and how it feels sturdy enough to grow with my child.
