They keep him dry throughout the night without irritation or leaks! The packaging and design are appealing, which helps him to not be worried or embarrassed about wearing them! When he does have an accident at night, these help keep the odor in. They aren't bulky, so he's not constantly readjusting them when he's wearing them, like he does with the generic brands.
