ordered twice %26 sams keeps canceling my orders. they now have over $200 of my money being held up waiting for refunds due to them cancelling. when i called %26 spoke to customer service, their response was we dont know why the system canceled the order.

The fact that I have missed so many restocks of this item because they sell out so quick is already frustrating enough. But to cancel my order because it was low stock and there weren't enough?!?! Then why let my order go thru if you know you don't have the stock for it. Sam's is a big enough company to be able to handle knowing how many items you have in stock and allowing the correct amount of orders to go thru. This is unacceptable.

This Aladdin blanket is nice, with its very large size the biggest plus. It comes in a large paperboard box in the shape and print of a classic VHS tape box, which was fun to see and open. It brought a lot of nostalgia that adults will find novel, whereas my young children had no clue what it was supposed to be. The detail on the images and text on the box, both on the outside (exactly like the clamshell VHS case) and the inside (with a printed paper that looks like the Aladdin VHS itself), were professional. That said, that large box isn't something that I would personally keep and, in that case, is a bit wasteful. However, someone that really enjoys Disney collectibles would likely try to find a place to store or display it. The blanket itself was nice wrapped inside the box with a ribbon, giving a quality gift appearance. The blanket is very soft and lightweight, which is nice to have on the couch for casual lounging. The colors are vibrant without looking gaudy, and again, the size is generous. My wife and I can both use the blanket without fighting with the edges, and my kids love making couch forts with it. We washed the blanket straight out of the box and it washed nicely, with no fading or pilling at all. It seems it will really last. Overall, this is a great blanket, especially for Disney fans.

Sam’s Club canceled my order without offering a backorder option. It’s 2026, and it’s unacceptable that they don’t have an effective system, whether automated or not. What’s the point of these comments if they don’t implement the feedback that could improve their service for consumers?

An amazing idea I love the size and the softness of the blanket however, mine came crushed and I had it replaced three times and all three VHS boxes were damaged. This only happened in the beauty and the beast. I had ordered The little mermaid and that one was just fine. I’ve given up and I will just have a ruined case.

I purchased both the Lion King and Beauty and the Beast ones when they became available. The Beauty and the Beast throw showed the seal was already opened, and the box was ripped. It seems I had gotten a returned product. (The Lion King was in good shape) I decided to keep that one and just buy another before they sold out again. Well, this one also showed up opened, and the box was ripped as well. I'm disappointed in the quality of this product. I really believe the main selling point of this product is the box. But the box is poorly made, and the fact that I was sent 2 opened ones makes me think that these get returned a lot because of the box. (The blanket itself is perfectly fine! It is soft and big! Just wanted to inform people on the box)

This blanket is nice and big and super soft! If you are looking for a gift for a nostalgic Disney lover, this would make a great gift. The blanket comes inside a box that looks just like a VHS tape. The packaging is extremely large for the size of the blanket, but could be fun for a Disney enthusiast.

This is the CUTEST packaging I’ve ever seen for an item. It looks like a VHS movie! It’s so soft, washes well, and is the perfect weight for a throw!

VHS Box came damaged / torn. Really disappointed, was supposed to be a gift but can’t gift something thats broken. Item didn’t even come in bubble wrap or padded, shipping box was also damaged and looked like someone returned it damaged. Really disappointed in Sam’s Club on this one.

whoever is shipping these sucks. i bought these for collector items and the boxes are all ruined. I've ordered 16 and there's something wrong with every single box.
