These soft-baked PB&J bars are a nostalgic treat that taste like a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich in a convenient snack form. The strawberry flavor is sweet and fruity, and the peanut butter adds a nice richness. I especially liked that they are made with real fruit and are perfectly portioned for a quick snack or lunchbox addition. My only small critique is that I wish the peanut butter flavor was a bit stronger, as the strawberry jelly tends to dominate.

The texture is moisture but some how still tastes dry. The taste of the peanut butter and strawberry does come thru but not as well balanced against the outer bar part. Overall not a small I would highly recommend.

Honestly these are very dense and dry making it hard to swallow. With milk or tea it's not as bad. However, these aren't something I'd buy again. It's a fun idea but there is a lot more cookie then in the image on the packaging where tge jam goes closer to the outside then what we recieved.
