It was really good but like another 1 this has cinnamon in it and my wife is severely allergic to cinnamon and also nutmeg so its something I can't have in the house.

This was delightful! Very tasty and filling. I really enjoyed it and look forward to trying other flavors soon. I'm sure I'll be buying more of these. They are a nice change up in-between my smoothies I usually have.

If you're lactose intolerant and you're looking for a vegan product, choose this one. I had it was lactose-free whole milk and it was absolutely delicious. And it's very filling. I didn't feel hungry at all when it was time for lunch.

The first few sips really did taste like a cinnamon roll, which I thoroughly enjoyed but by the time I got towards the end of the shake, I didn't get the taste of cinnamon roll any longer, but it was still good. That's why I gave it a four instead of a five star rating.
