Nearly anything can be cooked in these pans and clean up is a breeze (because nothing sticks!). I love these for cooking eggs, whether scrambled, fried, or omelettes. They all come out amazing!

It's great for cooking eggs, frying up some potatoes (those were delicious) , I also tried it with burgers and that turned out great! It's very versatile! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this pan for about a month or so now and so far I think it's been good enough to use in my normal lineup of cookware. It's got a lovely luxurious look and feel to it. As far as it's cooking performance goes, it's been perfectly adequate. I tend to make things like sandwiches or sauteed veggies with this pan. Eggs can still prove a little tricky when using this pan as it's nonstick coating isn't perfectly nonstick. You'll generally have to use a bit of fat (oil/butter/etc) to make sure things play nicely. My one criticism is that the pan is kind of thin/lightweight so it doesn't hold heat very well. Be sure not to crowd this pan otherwise you'll lose heat very quickly. All in all it's a pretty good pan.

I love that my food doesn't stick to the bottom or sides of the pan. I love that it came with a lid so that helps with splatter and to be able to cook more things. It's sleek looking and Large. I will continue to cook with this pan and may look into getting others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own several ceramic cookwares, this GeenPan Reserve frypan is probably the best in terms of quality- especially the interior. I have been using it everyday for about 2 weeks now. 12 inch is pretty big, but It heats up evenly. Nothing sticks so far. Although it says the dishwasher safe, I only hand-wash it. After the pan cools down, I soak it in warm water for half an hour or so. It's super easy to clean. I would love to have a smaller size next.

This is an excellent product. It exceeds my expectations. I would recommend these pans to anyone

When I clean my pan after cooking scrambled eggs, I hardly use any dish soap. Amazing.
