I made an Indian dish kheema which is very high in spices and turmeric and was able to easily wipe the pan clean without any staining! It heated quickly and cooked the meat evenly. The lid was nice to have and I like the gold accents!

I was so ecstatic when I ordered my cookware. Upon arrival, I was unable to use for almost 2 weeks. I got the flu! I was not cooking or eating. The cookware is beautiful and looks great in my kitchen. I have only used the pot possibley 4-5 times and skillet two times. The pot has little specks of scratches along the rim. I do not use utensils that scratch the surfaces. The skillet burned on bottom and I do not use high heat as recommended.
