I absolutely love it. It is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. I was so excited to test it out and am so excited for all the meals I will to make using this pan (I took the pictures before I used the pan). The pan is used exactly like any other pan. I have a gas stove and it works great with it. It doesn't take too long to heat up. I always use just a little oil or butter even with nonstick pans and the pan didn't burn the oil by not using it fast enough. I love that it comes with a lid. It is also just such a beautiful pan. White and gold are my favorite so this pan matches my style perfectly. This is definitely going to be a pan I overuse!
