The porcelain is truly nonstick if you follow the directions for using the pan. It cooks great, it cleans nice and it looks great. Pan is dishwasher and oven safe, though Im not sure I will test that on such a lovely pan. The weight of the pan is not too heavy, nor too light. It is great quality and I truly think this pan will last a very long time if cared for like the manufacturer recommends. Great pan for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use greenpans regularly so this was not my first experience. The yellow color is so pretty and bright, and the gold-tone makes the pan look so high scale. These pans don't stick at all and wash up very well. I love this pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to begin by telling you about the color overall. The color of the pan is beautiful and compliments very well with my kitchen setup. So I have tried it quite a few times and my experience with to is that is works pretty good. It works well with frying things and even to saute food. I usually used it with medium to.medium high heat and haven't had any issue shut once when I tried cooking something on higher heat and it sticked to the pot a little. Overall the pots works well best for me when used on medium heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was blown away by the true non-stick of this pan! This pan puts all the Teflon pans I have to shame!!! I am not often impressed by many things but this pan is one of them. It's got dual handles making it easy to handle because of its large size. They're also not hollow. They're solid making for a very solid design and solid product. The first item I cooked in this pan that I always struggle with in other pans….. EGGS!!! I didn't need to use any coating or oil. And they didn't burn or stick! Not only is this pan completely functional but it's beautiful!!!! I really don't have any negative thoughts on it. Yes the price point is high. But if they work, and they last I'd be more than willing to buy the whole set! I know my old Teflon ones don't hold a candle to this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this for dinner tonight. We had chicken breast and I added a little olive oil and seasoning to my chicken and a little oil to the pan. This pan did not stick at all. Not even a little. It washed effortlessly with just soap water and a soft sponge. The lid helped the chicken cook evenly and I only flipped it once and it was delicious. Definitely my new go to pan and I HIGHLY recommend this!!!!

In addition to the opulent yellow panhandle, the color of the three pans is really attractive and goes well with an attractively planned kitchen. It actually has a beautiful design. The heat resistance comes next, and I believe that a medium heat setting is the most suitable. The three-pan set is easy to clean and comes in three sizes for a wide range of dish uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all this pan is sooo cute. I love the yellow!! We made pork chops in it and everything was evenly cooked. Since the handle is metal, it will get hot near the pan so be very cautious touching it! Overall it worked well for cooking and was easy to clean. I recommend!

I was skeptical given the light colored surface, but pan wipes clean to about 95%, and finishes to perfectly clean with just a sponge! Very impressed.
