These pans are exactly what we were looking for! These non toxic, ceramic, non stick pans work exactly as described, even cooking eggs perfectly and nonstick as advertised. Conveniently sized pan set makes for perfect use no matter what we are cooking. Would highly recommend these to anyone looking for an efficient and healthy nonstick pan set!

Amazing capabilities in all forms of pan cooking: pork chops & steaks, braising, stir-fry, best eggs ever. And then when finished, even after steaks and pork chops, gentle wipe under water with soapy washcloth makes them look brand new literally in seconds.

Does not stand up to my Valencia pans, which these replaced. The quality is far poorer. After two weeks of use, the pans are already chipping. They get too hot on med low heat which says something about the quality of their construction. They get fast, but but it's obvious these are bottom off the line offerings from green pan. I'm so disappointed and wish we had done more looking around because there is no ways I'll get 4 years out of these like I did my last set.

Pans distribute heat evenly, cook quickly and are very easy to clean.

This set was purchased as a gift for a friend. They were previously using a set made for induction cooktops, which was heavy and slow to heat. They love their new set! They love the weight, color, and ease of these pans. I'm thinking about purchasing a set for myself.

I made the switch to GreenPan because they are free of the forever chemicals in traditional nonstick. So cooking for my family with my new GreenPan set feels good, knowing that our food is coming out of these pans "cleaner". These pans blew my expectations out of the water. They are so incredible! Nonstick 150%! Not only does nothing stick to them while cooking, but they clean like a dream as well. These pans have made me feel better about the food I'm serving to my family and they have also made me excited to be cooking!

I replaced almost all my non-stick fry pans with the 8,10, and 12” ceramic Greenpans and could not be more pleased. Chicken and fish cook at lower temperatures and don't emit as many cooking smells. In addition, breading stays on because nothing sticks to the pans. Eggs are a dream to make now! I'm thinking of getting the largest pan they offer.

These pans are awesome! I got them as a gift for my mom and she loves the color and she loves being able to have easy clean up after cooking. She loves knowing that whatever we eat from these are toxin free. No more worrying about the toxins! They are a big investment, but totally worth it!! Also only use wooden or silicone utensils with these pans. I didn't realize that and chipped some very small pieces off the side with a metal spoon. It's not too noticeable, but worth knowing when purchasing. Love these pans though!!

This is a beautiful set of cookware and the only issue I could find is that all the surfaces are not as smooth as they should be. When I run my fingers over the surface, I don't want to feel any rough spots at all and there are a few mildly rough spots. For the price of this set, I expect perfection. Cooking with it has been a dream so far but time will tell if it hold up. I'm not a heavy duty user so that may take a while. Out of the box, it's still the best non-stick cookware I have ever owned. I really love the black with goldtone handles-very classy!

The pans are beautiful and so far (I've only had them a couple weeks) they have been great. A couple things to be aware of, they are quite heavy and if you want to add additional pans, you might want to stick with black so they match. But the quality so far is flawless and the non-stick works great.
