I purchased our cookware set a month and a half ago and already I am seeing chips and flakes on my 11 inch diameter pan. This pan has never been in the dishwasher. I hand wash each time. I don't stack it on top of anything else. I have never used any metal utensils on it. I have followed all of the instructions and have taken extremely good care of this pan. Still, lots of chips and flakes after only one and a half months of use! I can only imagine what this pan will look like a year from now…I called customer service, and they said that there are no refunds. They said chips and flakes are completely normal. But again, after only one and a half months of use and after being so cautious?? They said that they only will send replacement from manufacture defects. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed because I was looking forward to having this set for many years (or at least one year!!) Don't buy from this company! They do not offer refunds, their products have poor quality, and they do not stand by their products. Don't make the same mistake I did.

We received these as a Christmas gift. A couple of the pots began chipping pretty quickly and I'd say on one of the frying pans the coating lasted about 3 months and this is cleaning per the instructions. We will see if greenpan stands by the product, but at this point considering it was such a large investment and gift from our family I'm not sure what to do. It's embarrassing to say hey you spent a lot of money on a set we aren't happy with. I guess we will gradually switch out the product. Pretty pan though so I guess that's something good.

I use my Reserve Ceramic Nonstick pans everyday. I love the way the handle fits my hand. The pan is the perfect weight for cooking everything evenly. Cleanup is a breeze. I like these pans so much that I bought a second set for my daughter in law for Christmas. I cook on low heat and they heat up quickly and get the job done right!

I received the 9.5” pan for Christmas. I was excited to replace my old non-stick that was badly scratched. It took some time to get used to using a lower temp - it gets very hot even on lower temps. Everything I've cooked on it has stuck - I always use oil in the pan. For some foods that's not necessarily a bad thing though it is very annoying, but I haven't been able to make a decent egg since I got it. The only thing it's good for is scrambling. I kept my old pan just in case and will be pulling it out of storage. Really disappointed in this pan.

If you're looking for a ceramic non-stick, look elsewhere. I landed on these after a bit of research and boy was I fooled. Even if you cook on low and follow instructions to the T, these will 100% lose or become extra sticky. Reach out to their support and it's basically pointless. At one point I had to follow up a couple times since I got absolutely zero response for months.

Great pans at a great price. Absolutely love the color.

I Couldn't love this more, the only problem Was that the paint on the edges start chipping off.
