I have been taking one capsule in the morning right after breakfast. It's been about almost a month now and I have been feeling the affects and in feels great! It only took a day or so to start feeling an improvement. I felt like aging has thrown my body off and I needed support. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no gross aftertaste. The look and feel of it was what I would expect from any probiotic supplement. I like that it can be taken with or without food, but it is easier for me to remember to take it with a meal.
