Its small capsule shape makes it easy to swallow and go down no matter what I take it with and there's no aftertaste thankfully. In the last two weeks that I've been taking it,I haven't noticed any symptoms of a UTI, which being a type 2 diabetic is fantastic. I plan on continuing to take these for a long time to come. My stomach seems to also agree with the probiotic too.

Later that day everything went back to normal when i continued urinating without having to consult my doctor. I also like that the results are instantaneous. I didn't like the small test strip because it's slippery and I almost damaged it dropping it in the sink. This is a kit I would recommend and purchase in the future. It's easy to use.
