I definitely noticed a difference since using this product. Especially during my cycle. My only complaint is the pill form is pretty hard to swallow. I dread that part but it definitely improves the sensitivity and irritation specifically during my cycle. I honestly don't think I would take it everyday because of the pill form. I simply followed the directions. Reading the test was ok too. It's nice to be able to tell if you are dehydrated or do need to see a doctor. I like that Azo provides this option. I'd certainly purchase these again.

Since then I think I've been a bit more balanced and had fewer issues with things like excessive discharge. I don't know how to put it but it all just feels better. I found that it started working quickly. The capsules aren't small but they aren't huge either.
