as a first time smart tv user the remote has no detailed instruction on how to use correctly. only shows what the symbols are not how to use them.

Of late, my 65” seems to lock up within either the Spotify or Amazon Prime Apps, thus requiring a total reset of the tv. Oddly, it’s happened twice!
