[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch a lot of tv!! I have been extremely disappointed in the brightness of the tv. It seems all of the programs are darker than my old set. I am also not extremely happy with the tiny device to turn it on and change the channels I admit I am older, and computer illiterate,but Not everyone who buys your tv's are. I do not know how to download or upload!

The TV has connectivity issues with our wifi. At times we have to turn the TV on, turn it off, then turn it back on to connect. It's annoying but fairly minor after we learned the trick vs trying to forget the network and then sign back on again every time.

Since I primarily use it for streaming movies, watching the news, and casual TV viewing rather than gaming, it fits my needs perfectly.The 4K picture quality is incredibly sharp, clear, and bright. Colors look rich and vibrant right out of the box without needing to mess with complex settings. The smart platform is easy to navigate, making it simple to jump straight into my favorite streaming apps. It also has a very sleek, modern design that looks great in the room.If you are looking for a reliable, high-quality television for everyday viewing, I highly recommend this model. It's a great unit and I have absolutely no complaints!

Blue Tooth issue: I purchased two Blue Tooth headphones so either or both my wife and I can watch TV and not disturb the other or others in the house. But, the Blue tooth connection process is a Pain each time. I would hope that once the headphones are paired with the TV they would automatically connect. But, I must respond for the 2nd Headphone to select I want it connected too. Also, the prompt to connect is always in the upper left corner and get hidden at times.

Im also really liking the amount of features it has. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Samsung went 17 years before blacking out. I hung on way too long with a 40” and now jumping to 65” is better which is now the norm. 40 years ago 25” was normal. It's lightweight and the stand works great to fit anywhere. The picture is impressive with vibrant colors and the price was very reasonable for this quality. To me Samsung is the best TV brand. When I find my brand I stick with it and become a lifelong loyal customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch movies, sports, soaps. The features are difficult to operate. Its definitely not user friendly. I still cannot figure it out. Very difficult. There is a pop ad from AI wanting me to do somwthing. I dont even understand what it wants me to do. I have to wait for it to clear to continue seeing the tv. I dont need that! I had a smart samsung tv and the picture was great. This tv has an awful picture quality. The images appear olive tone, there are shadows. Sometimes the background is bluish. I get some red freckles sometimes that ruin the vision. The face colors are weird, sometimes olive, sometimes very red. I tried to adjust the picture to no avail. I wish I would have known it was going to be so bad, I would have bought something else. Oh well, live and learn. Will definitely NOT RECOMEND THIS TV TO ANYONE.
