They offer the best connectivity, easy to set up, and operate. They have amazing color that is adaptive to the light available in the rooms. It is an amazing product.

We replaced our 2018ish Samsung tv with this after an accident broke the old one. As a tv, it’s great. The screen is vibrant and nice! But the interface and lag is absolutely unacceptable. They got rid of the old system that was seamless, easy to use for anyone and looked great. Now they’ve replaced it with a jumbled mess that take several seconds to load every screen. It looks terrible and EVERYTHING now has ads, even when the internet isn’t connected. I’m an IT guy and it took me a LONG time to figure out the new setup. Especially changing inputs. Instead of just pushing a button like the old tv, you now have to do 3-5 confusing steps to change it. It’s supposed to use “ai” to change inputs but it NEVER works. This tv was a huge disappointment and we’re looking to replace it with the old version because it’s so bad.

There are times when I turn on the TV and the screen is black. I google as to how to fix the issue. Unplug and wait for about 30 seconds, plug it back in, and it should turn on. This has been the biggest issue. Also, from time to time, I get the spinning white circle which I assume it is buffering.

The picture quality and features built in were perfect for the use I need for it. And when it came to the price there wasn't a better tv out there. Im so glad was able to find this one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Smart TV that fit our space perfectly. The only thing I wish was a little easier to navigate is the remote control with all the apps. If you hit the wrong button, you have to go back a bunch of menus to get back to where you were.

The samsun ecocystem when integrated with other devices including the cell phone is a brutality. the quality of image very good and good image blacks. the AI is very practical. the brightness on the screen super. Accuracy super. Great resolution. excellent contrast. excellent vibrancy excellent too.

I cant believe the colors and how bright everything looks, the 4K really just makes it feel like the picture will jump out or you can literally jump in whatever you are watching. The size to me is perfect its not too big a size higher I feel would be too mich like a movie theater experience lol overall the sound is great Im usually not a big fan of the sound any tv comes with no matter the brand I have always needed to get additional surround system and also because I am a little hard of hearing but the volume on this TV os pretty fenomenal I literally added the soundbar just because Im used to it and obviously the subwoofer makes a difference but I wouldnt have mind just with the TVs sound. Samsung is a great brand and is doing amazing with their products. A brand I truly trust and that I know will last me many years to come. Thank you Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv, it has great contrast, black levels, great brightness and its picture is clear from all viewing angles. Its interface can be slow at times. Displays at 2160p 60hz with game mode enabled there is not any jitter.

It has a game mod that optimizes your your game automatically adjusting the color and brightness to make your games look great. AI interface integration is were you want it, you can use your voice to change channel inputs, volumes and the power. The pictures quality provides clear contrast and resolution.
