[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV started as an automated billboard, full of AI trash and permissions to record key presses and voice. How about, NO! Make these features device isolated with no data to HQ or 3rd parties. I set the TV to turn off after a period of time. When restarting the TV, a popup telling me my TV turned off like I told it to, blocks use until acknowledgement. Why Samsung? Why do you feel I need to acknowledge this message? Please remove it.

The color and particularly the definition in the black or shadow areas is much better than my old model. The system was simple to setup and is easy to navigate. I had no issues downloading the apps I use and easy to log into each one.

It also black Jack for my 8 track player and my disk player. All of my other TV do support these devices. When I purchased this TV I assumed the TV it replaced, also a Samsung would support these devices. Very disappointed

This is where this TV truly shines. Nowadays nearly every company is able to impress your guests on couples movie night with a stunning landscape and high quality sound that could rival the theaters you would visit as a child. The technology has come thus far. But to be honest with how the economy and how life sometimes appears to have an endless arm when delving into your wallet when your children want a new toy or your wife needs to get her hair done. The true beauty of this piece of machinery that samsung has endowed on us is the fact it can do all of the above and still leave some in your pocket for those most important of lifes needs plus allowing you to tune into your favorite shows for a little me time. Easy to install and easy to update easy to connect to wifi. The contrast and the brightness being able to be adjusted from bright to dim is great the picture quality and resolution is amazing. Staying samsung all the way with every device i own.

You could download an app, but that defeats the purpose. Price was reasonable. The stands provided, I know- everyone hangs their TVs now, are a bit flimsy. Actively looking for alternatives because I'm worried it might take a tumble with a bump.

I really didn't have to do much adjusting of anything to get the perfect picture. All of it, resolution, brightness, contrast & color saturation are all amazingly clear, crisp, balanced & very realistic looking. I am seeing movies again as if it's the first time because there is so much more clarity in each frame of them. Details are no longer hiding in the darkened background of shots. I love not having to actively worry about how secure my device is & with Samsung's Knox. It gives me the same piece of mind that I have had for years with my Samsung cell phones. I cannot state enough how unbelievably satisfied I am with my Samsung TV, it's what I wanted and so much more!

However, the user interface could be more intuitive and provide easier access to frequently used apps.
