It has a great color with the resolution clear. It shows video console as clear bright and just beautifully! The weight of TV is extremely light to carry so that was plus.

But my 12 yo TV had a great remote and this one is just a pain to use. I don’t like Alexa as it never finds the channel (I don’t have cable and only use streaming or antennae) so finding my channel takes a lot more time than it should.

Was surprised and pleased with the improvement in the sharpness of the picture, and even a bit better with the sound (without additional speaker system). Very easy software updates, and setup. I had it from box to setup complete in less than an hour. In the past I've had to access GOOGLE for instructions for setup. This one I just followed the menu & instructions.

The contrast is very good you know what? It's better than good it's perfect and for the price you can't beat that! But with security, that's a whole another story when I was setting it up I trusted my tv and I get it it's just a tv but with the amount of security it has? It's perfect amazing and beyond. That was a great decision on my part. I just love the size, color, contrast and resolution. I keep patting myself for the great decision I made for buying this SAMSUNG 43" TV.

The TV serves its purpose so no complaints as far as entertainment goes. Some days I feel immersion into the action and others I feel like im.watching from.a distance and seeing everything clearly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sounds is too muted so have to raise the volume very high to hear everything said .....remote control is useless doesn't light up and it's too small to see and use the buttons in low light had to order a better one on line ... what ever is presented when you first turn the tv on that program kicks in if you don't act fast enough to make a choice then you have to go back out and in again, don't like the AI feature really seems useless I'd buy one without it don't waste your money , live tv is nothing but junk and old programing so that is worthless , streaming sucks it's a money pit !
