[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy this TV. It's smooth and easy set-up. The only complaint that I have is a volume issue. The volume cuts out and no sound at all. Only occasionally while connected to the soundbar though HDMI for no reason.

This television has 1 issue every so often it will not turn on you have unplug it and wait 10 min. Then plug it back in then it comes on I've called support about the issue they don't care or have any answers even though it's still under warranty

I am stunned by the picture (which was my number one concern). the picture is perfect in every respect. brightness, contrast, black level, all exceeded expectations. My Original Samsung TV (almost a replica of this one) worked with my DVR box from my cable provider (Spectrum). On this TV there is a lag on the audio when either changing channels or going from mute to sound. About two seconds. This is annoying. Talked to a Samsung rep and said it's my DVR Box. I ran the HDMI output directly to an older Samsung TV and there was NO LAG, therefore the DVR box is fine.

Because the 80 or the 85 inch, I can't remember which one it was, but the bigger one was not available. They were all sold out, but I love watching it. It looks like it's real like you're looking through window.
