[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a new TV because my old TV wasn't very clear. I was absolutely Blown Away by how bright and colorful all of the images were. It was amazing! I didn't know that things could be so clear on a TV. I am very glad that I purchased the old 4K because the contrast capabilities are unmatched, in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture itself is very nice and crisp. Dark blacks, plenty of color/contrast options. However, the menu interface is awful. Non intuitive. No way to just disable the nonsense AI and it dumps ads all over your Home Screen. The layout and background in the Home Screen looks very dated and it is slow. Slow to turn on. Slow to load the Home Screen. Slow to switch channels when on air. Basically a great hardware experience mangled by awful software.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vibrancy and resolution of the screen Is Absolutely amazing! Even under 50 inches I Philly immersed and whatever I'm watching. The AI aspect I was in candy and performs with great accuracy. Brightness and contrast are easy to find and control but truly the pre-sets already take care of that… I love my Samsung TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to connect a streaming device to the TV for my hearing aids. Because this TV only has HDMI ports I am unable to do it. I tried multiple connections with the assistance of tech advisors but to no avail. I wound up buying Bluetooth headphones but this is far from ideal. I also do not like the features of the TV, the way it starts up and how I have not been able to change it. I wish I never got this TV.

I love the fact that it's preloaded with most of the tv streaming apps so all I had to do was log in and go. The security is amazing my old tv didn't have that. Absolutely love this new tv.

I previously had a smaller version same model etc. This one (65") I absolutely love how easy the remote is to use. Having the remote being solar and type C is amazing. The quality of the picture is great. So many presets as well as the ability to customize in so many ways. Overall I am a Samsung groupie. Laptop (Samsung), cellphone (Samsung), 42" TV (Samsung) and the 65" TV (Samsung). Samsung makes a superior product over any other brand. Prove me wrong!

I live on a fixed income so I couldn't afford to get it fixed after the purchase, plus the seller wouldn't refund my money so just glad I have the old TV. LOVED IT WHILE I HAD IT!
