The TV was easy to set up, very nice picture, I wish it had a few more features that are common on some of the upper end TV's, but this size 43 inch and 4K it definitely enhance my TV viewing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have been using only Samsung TV since 2006. I keep getting new ones just to get update on responsiveness, brightness and contrast. Otherwise, they never go bad.

Love the quality of this TV. The only drawback is that the add on connections are on the back of the TV. After hanging it on the wall, I realized I had not connected my husband's hearing aids box to it. NO WAY I was going to take it down to do that!

The remote (fully charged) is very finicky! Sometimes it works sometimes it does not. In my opinion, one button has to many functions. If your finger/thumb is not perfectly positioned, it does what it wants and not what I want it to do.
