Unfortunately this Samsung does not have a TP link and we had to buy another cable for him to use his hearing aids. Now it only switches between sound and anode for him to use his hearing aids and then others Cannot hear. This was very disappointing!

I have Very low vision So I need a T.V. that has Great contrast & Sharp picture. I Highly reccomend Samsung Televisions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never owned a Samsung before and wasn't sure what to expect. I had two main concerns coming in; picture quality and a strong reliability volume. The picture quality throughout the screen compares with much more expensive sets. Color is crisp and true to life. No soft edges or skewed images. In the menu you'll also find a volume booster which works exactly as described. Even with my hearing aides I'll have difficulty clearly hearing certain scenes. This has not been a problem here. Clear and strong tones allowing me to not miss any action. Not really knowing what I was looking for or at I was very fortunate to find a salesman who knew his products and could answer my questions. Not just a clerk. No, I couldn't be happier and at some point down the road, when we're needing another tv, this one will be at the top of our search.

It's clear and makes you feel like you're actually in whatever you are watching. And let's talk about the sound. The sound quality is great and crisp. You also have various choices to choose from to make the sound more dynamic. Finally, I love the fact that I can have all of my streaming networks in one place and I can cast to the tv without having a Google Chromecast connected.

This is a very beautiful TV. I'm very very particular, when it comes to clarity, connectivity and so much more. I prefer a higher refresher rate. Although 60Hz isn't bad. I usually prefer much higher, but I must say this looks just as good if not better than my Samsung with a much much lighter refresher rate. Thank you for this magnificent TV. It's absolutely perfect. We just moved and I was going to buy one. With all the moving expenses I couldn't be more pleased with this TV. I really love it! Thank you! Samsung never fails to make a great product!

Only drawback was my dated Phillips sound bar was not compatible with present hardware but not a big deal. Like the Samsung..This is my 3rd LED TV. Satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never thought a QLED4K TV would ever make such an impact on me. The screen just pops ! I bought this TV to replace a 6yr old Samsung LED that was a workhorse for me however has seen better days. There was really no functional issues except there was this ever slowly gaining black shadow that took over half the screen. My new TV has increased my interest of viewing my favorite HD shows due to the vivid colors and natural tones. The audio is pretty good as well. The ease of installation was great. The apps worked after a software update and then after I was in business. Great price and the Samsung name gave me insurance for another 6years or more. A DEFINITE BUY. NO REGRETS!
