[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung QLED is fantastic! Completely changed my viewing experience, came from a Sony WEGA TV, and this upgrade was NEEDED. I unboxed and installed without my husband! PICTURE QUALITY SHARP ✅ SOUND QUALITY ✅ GAMING✅ And most importantly, it can still be viewed clearly even in a bright room; the picture doesn't auto-dim itself. The gaming is great, online setup to Xbox is easy, and as long as you have a good WiFi connection, it's flawless, no lag, even without a physical Xbox setup The built-in smart features are very convenient! Easy to navigate, and all the apps you could ever need can be installed on the TV. The connection with Samsung Smart-Things makes using my Samsung Zfold a brilliant feature! Sound quality is flawless and can definitely be used in a home theater. Overall great TV, couldn't be happier. The TV is very sleek and slim compared to my older one! QLED sits flush against the wall, and the setup was super easy. We haven't mounted it yet, our previous TV was not wall-mounted. The TV is lightweight, only 35lbs.

Samsung never disappoints with their sleek designs and highly functional utilities that work seamlessly with other Samsung devices. The picture is crisp, and the design flawlessly compliments any space that you decide to put it. Love the great quality and clear picture Samsung always provides with great product. Samsung is all i use. Been loyal customer for years. All my phones are Samsung also. Will never use Apple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] tv nice controller very sensitive to anything. you can bump it lightly and it will change channel or something samsung app and main menu okay sound good don't buy any extra speakers and it's just fine on its own tv is 10 feet away from bed and i can see it clearly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The audio on this TV is the worst I have ever experienced! The volume is all over the map when commercials air. Auto Volume mode which is described to help with this problem is NOT available with external sound bars or speakers. We even purchased a new Samsung sound bar package and that was no help. Dave your money…… purchase another brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that excited me about this new Samsung TV was that it connected to my phone and I didn't have to do all that mundane configuring of the television set. By talking to my phone, the television set found the Wi-Fi and new the password and most of the things we used to have to do manually was done intelligently through what I assume was AI. The picture is incredible. I have been watching a Samsung LED high definition television from 2015 and didn't have a clue of what the resolution was for 4K.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our TV is on most of the time. It was so handy going from a Samsung 65" to another Samsung 65". We were able to use the same wall mount! The color is outstanding. Getting a 2025 model just happened by chance. It is sure nice to be able to push the button on the remote and have it respond. That was getting annoying with our other TV. There was a bit of a learning curve getting to know the TV and the new "chargeable" remote. Its been a couple months and I am very pleased with the TV.
