[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unlike most all other Samsung models the one I bought doesn't have an optical digital port that I can use to attach my sound enhancement device to the TV set. this is very disappointing makes; it is very difficult for us to enjoy the sound from the Samsung TV set. It is not a pleasure to resort to captions to understand what is being said on TV.

About ten years ago, watched a college football game at a friend's house with a 65" Samsung. Bought one the next day, now I have 8 Samsung TVs between home and office and won't even LOOK at any other brand!

The image is outstanding, both in terms of clarity and color, even with an antenna. Regardless of the content you are viewing, the picture remains bright and clear. The contrast is also commendable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV started as an automated billboard, full of AI trash and permissions to record key presses and voice. How about, NO! Make these features device isolated with no data to HQ or 3rd parties. I set the TV to turn off after a period of time. When restarting the TV, a popup telling me my TV turned off like I told it to, blocks use until acknowledgement. Why Samsung? Why do you feel I need to acknowledge this message? Please remove it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good budget smart tv, having a smaller and older Samsung smart tv, I decided to get a bigger updated oled model, it doesn't disappoint, has nice picture and the software plays well, have not seen any lagging so far after trying it out, I do use other streaming devices though, like roku Apple TV and fire tv cube was a easy hook up using a hdmi switch, I signed into some streaming services without issues and they play well using the Samsung software, definitely recommend to anyone who is on a budget, I did get it on a lightening sale though from Best Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Samsung QLED 65” TV for about a year now and couldn't be happier with it. The resolution and color are fantastic. Also, the size is perfect for where we have it placed in the living room. It is complemented with our Samsung Sound Bar as well so the accompany sound quality matches the TV's quality. We still use the Samsung 45” TV in another room when we got our 65” so that one is still going strong too, four years in. Really appreciate the value of it as well. We have it on all day long, even when while we work, using it for background ambiance. Love all our Samsung products and enjoy them each day! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were pretty excited when we got our new TV. The picture was so crisp it felt like we were in the scene. But it seems to like to randomly disconnect from our Internet. And it's not an Internet issue because all our other devices, including another TV, are connected without issue. And it often takes more than one try to get it reconnected. It's pretty frustrating. I also feel like the picture is not as crisp now either and it's been less than 6 months since we got it.

I'm a big guy, my thumb is always hitting 2 buttons at the same time! Aggravating! This is a bedroom TV, so I like to flip channels without lights or glasses. Can you help with a larger remote!
