I bought this a week ago and tried to use it today for the first time. It doesn't work. I'll call support and see how that goes!

just got delivered looks very nice. Was very easy to put together took about 15 minutes. Tomorrow the house gets washed!

Been looking for the perfect pressure washer and I think I found it. Worked great on a long-standing stain in my driveway. Came right off.

A rubber pressure hose would be more useful than the stiff plastic hose. i haven't used it yet. Assembly was easy, seems to be well built.

Just purchased it...easy assembly i have a neighbor who has same washer..and ive used it before and it is awesome..

It's an excellent product—it's a shame it didn't come with all the parts, but the product itself is outstanding.

Works well, could have a little more power for larger jobs like deck boards. Overall satisfied with this product.

This is a great machine very powerful and since it's electric it doesn't need to be started up and doesn't make noise when it's not spraying
