At this moment I'm giving this 4 stars. I haven't used the product yet but when I received it and unpackaged the hose retainer has a design flaw. The pegs that the screws go into are plastic and one of them was broken off. It was a bottom corner one so I've been able to still connect it to the machine. Assembling was super easy!

I was skeptical at first about the durability and performance of electric pressure washers, as I had smaller units years ago that failed. I have owned gas models the last 20 years. Then I purchased a GE (very highly rated online) electric WPX2700 psi model for work, as we needed to use it indoors cleaning 15,000 sq feet of concrete floors. It worked great on a job that large and was up to the task. We were cleaning decades of dirt and grime from a warehouse floor prior to painting. That was two years ago, and we are still using it without issue 2 years later. For me it was a no brainer to get the same from home. Except I upgraded the WPX3400e for increase pressure and brushless motor. I use my home pressure washer only a couple times a year to clean my house, screens and deck. One thing I won't miss is the frustration from time of getting the gas pressure washer to start after it has sat for months. No more issues with the gas or finicky carburetor. And since their is no gas, I can store it in my basement over winter to avoid risk of water freezing in the pump. Win-Win! I would highly recommend the Westinghouse pressure washer line.

I purchased this electric power washer to clean the tire marks off my concrete texture coated driveway. I used simple green soap with this washer to remove tire marks. I also purchased the surface cleaner accessory with this unit. It cleaned my 20' X 20' driveway in less than one hour. I am very happy with this product.

I purchased last week, assembly was easy with the well written detailed assembly instructions. Startup and test spray w/o soap worked great. To date very satisfied with the configuration, quiet operation and operation. I also own a commercial gas power washer which can take the skin off a rhino, is very loud, neighbors complain, power which is damaging, cumbersome operation and poor storage most important the unit cleaning & maintenance is not user friendly. I will immediately sell.

I bought this to replace a 2600psi electric that I had. I also have a 3500psi gas model in my garage that has maybe 5 hours on it. Never have been able to keep it running. After much searching, I found this one, and I'm not sorry I bought it. The unit is pretty quiet and the tips are easy to change. For what it's worth, I think they could have just sent the wash nozzle and the turbo nozzle. That thing is awesome. As you can tell, I'm very pleased with this power washer. I would highly recommend it.

Bought this at the beginning of the month. Performs great to wash siding, vehicles, concrete, outdoor play sets etc. it has seen a lot of use over the past month and greatly helped me in maintaining my home. 10/10 would definitely recommend. No regrets with an electric pressure washer.

My previous pressure washer always had leaks from the beginning so I researched other brands/units and happened upon this Westinghouse unit and so glad I did. Very well made and I can tell it will last many years with good care. Already completed more projects in a month with this pressure washer than I did in 3 or 4 years with a different brand. Highly recommended!

Just purchased to replace another brands electric pressure washer, immediately it is already noticeably better quality, nicely packaged and still a compact lightweight design, very detailed nicely written and drawn instructions, and spec materials. I have not yet used the pressure washer but plan to in the next few days...if allowed I will update this review with my experience

Excellent product. I have used a gas pressure washer for years and decided to switch to an electric washer. This washer cut through south Florida mildew on my sidewalk like "butter"! I am 6'4" and was nervous that the lance holding the nozzle would not be comfortable for me to use. The length of the lance was great and allowed me to comfortably use the washer for over an hour. I highly recommend this washer.

I bought this unit about a month ago and immediately put it through its paces. I did a test run on my detached garage, and it did fine, then came the real test. I have a circular concrete driveway that is over 2450 SQFT. It had been over 8 years since I cleaned it, so with the Westinghouse PWSCSS 16.5 Inch 4400 PSI 16.5 Rotating surface cleaner and heavy mix of bleach and a little Dawn dish soap. After 3 days of effort, it looks mostly new.
