Over heats. LCD screen goes blank, unit doesn't shut off, unit started up without being turned on. If you buy this thing make sure your homeowners insurance is up to date.

I like my Air fryer/toaster oven, however it seems to take quite a while to preheat for the bake setting. It's new to me, so I'm learning to cook with it.

I love the digital controls. The cooking process is quiet and works amazing. It has a large capacity to cook in. No issues with temperature or anything else I love it !!!❤️

The features are good but getting to the setting you want can be frustrating. Also there is no light inside the unit so you need to keep opening it to check how your food is cooking.

I received my new GE Profile Toaster Oven/ Air Fryer. I can toast, bake, broil and fry in one appliance. I baked chicken and butternut squash today.It is perfect for cooking small meals/ portions now that my HHS and and I are officially Empty Nesters.

I've had my air fryer for 3 days. Have tried all features except roasting. The sir fryer is amazing. We cooked some french fries and panko breaded shrimp. Both very yummy. Toasted bread and banana nut bread. Tried the proofing setting and it worked well. Baking some potatoes as I write this review. My wife and I are very happy with are our purchase.

So now that we've had it for about three week So now that we've had it for about three weeks we have some suggestions for the engineers and developers. It toasts well it warms food well it takes well. The oven it's nicely on my corner top. I would like to suggest that they add a light and the ability to add minutes and increase temperature while the oven is working on its current program. You can't add time or adjust the temperature once you hit start. For broiling or air frying you definitely need a light so you can see at what stage the food is at before you open it up and check it for example for crispiness.

A great product with many shortcomings - how interesting! So here's hoping for an even better version down the road if someone's listening... 1. Doesn't replace my toaster. With elements so far away from the bread/bagel I understand this is a science problem but I'm guessing some version of a "transformer" device that brings those heaters down plus increased wattage would help toast fast without drying out the bread. 2. No light is an oversight that's hard to forgive on an expensive small appliance like this where checking for browning and burning is so important 3. Not having a table in the manual showing which elements (bottom, top, fan only, fan+hot air) work in specific modes is assuming that most users are too dumb for that information to be useful - wrong. 4. The UI is not intuitive at all 5. A big "no dishwasher" sign/sticker on the basket would have been great. Manuals aren't our favorite reads. 6. A dishwasher-safe basket would be welcome given how bad the basket becomes after regular use 7. Slow preheat for baking. Perhaps turning on the air-fryer heat could speed things up? 8. Cleaning the drip/crumb tray is no fun so we use a sheet of foil on it. Having a way to elegantly hold down a length of foil would be a great improvement. 9. The beep is too soft and can't be adjusted so missing it is really easy when not very close or if it's noisy around

This is our first air fryer, a gift from our kids for Christmas and we love it! So far, we have made vegetables, including cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini as well as chicken tenders, and fish sticks. Its also large enough to fit a 12" pizza. The buttons are easy to use and there are 7-in-1 functions with a large easy-to-read display.
