We cannot guarantee any preheat times, but typically the oven should reach 350°F within 5 minutes. If the preheat time is extended well beyond this time period, please contact us at 1-800-432-2737.

Hi there, we're pleased to know you're finding this toaster oven to be of great quality and that it looks good, but sorry you're unable to change the temperatures as you'd like. We understand how this would get aggravating and we're happy to help. We recommend making sure you've tried pressing the Cooking Settings knob. The button toggles between adjustment of the slices/shade or time/temperature, depending on the cooking mode selected. In addition, we're always available on social media if you need anything else.
