I decided to purchase my first generator and Westinghouse was the name I trusted for years so I purchased the 5300c. I could have purchased a similar one but the name did it. Love the easy start, the size and the handle to make moving it easier.

This generator is a top of its class. I will be able to run my whole house 1100 sq. ft. when and if the power goes out. It is a blanket of security for my family. And the price was just right.

My new generator is everything I wanted and expected in a home generator. The size, ease of movement , ease of starting are exactly what I was looking for. Having this generator has given me peace of mind.

Generator was well packaged and all equipment was present. Followed starting procedure without any problems. Have not used as yet, but feel confident it will preform as reported.

I just bought this generator and con not be more happy with my purchase, the 240 watt is perfect for my house. Without this wattage I would not be able to run my furnace.

I got my igen5000 and broke it out of the box, and seen that even an oil funnel and oil was included. I hooked up propane first and it started without any problems. The remote start and stop works like a charm. I love my new igen5000DF.

I brought the generator and its a small generator with a lot of power. My other generator (8000) was wattage was smaller but bigger in size. This generator is compact and runs my AC and the whole house. (13500)

I have only used it for 3 hours so far. It is quiet and easily ran a medium size room A/C and large refrigerator at the same time. I will say, starting it on propane for the first time took many pulls. Overall, for the money, it is a great unit.

Great thought went into adding the accessories. Hint: Maybe make the neck on oil fill funnel a little longer so funnel can be upright when pouring oil into funnel.
