Very nice generator. Fired right up out of the box. Has plenty power to use as a whole home back up. Very compact for its output. Very happy with my purchase.

Bought 2 weeks ago and started today and let run for a while. Was as advertised. Appears to be well built and not quite as noisy as advertised. Neighbor bought one at same time. He is pleased also.

A bit late submitting, as I took the unit up north and didn't have photos of serial#. Although we had some initial difficulties, they all seemed to work themselves out. It does seem to sometimes starting on propane.

Exceptional product due to dual fuel capabilities. This product's build quality is outstanding. It's a powerful machine and much lighter and quieter than my prior generator. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I brought the generator and its a small generator with a lot of power. My other generator (8000) was wattage was smaller but bigger in size. This generator is compact and runs my AC and the whole house. (13500)

Bought this generator one step up from the 9000 watts. I ran it for 2 weeks straight. Powered my entire house. Ran off of propane and gasoline cuz it was hard to find and refill propane. So I bought another one for my mother.

Recent icestorms in Michigan prompted me to consult with and electrician who suggested this generator. He said it would be all I ever would need to run my house in the event of a power failure.

I just recently bought the Westinghouse 5300 generator. It was easy start, runs smoothly, and is very quiet. Also love that it has wheels and a handle for easy mobility. It runs on either propane or gasoline, which is a nice feature.
