It is NOT heavy duty woven canvas, no accessories pocket, no velcro top and no elastic hemmed bottom. What was sent is a glorified version of a trash bag with the Westinghouse logo. Here is the packaging showing what should have been sent.

Unboxed and easy to assemble; directions were easy to follow. Does not make it easy to get through smaller door. But can assemble/disassemble very easily. Will store until needed. Keep the box for storage

This is my second Westinghouse product, the first is a pressure washer I've had for years. Starts flawlessly, runs smoothly and 3200psi is awesome. This generator I bought for power during storms and runs great, lots of juice and really no complaints. Great products all around.

I just bought my IGen500DFc inverter generator. Unboxed it, added the oil followed setup and starting instructions. Started just fine. Ran it for over 2 hours break in. Everything seems flawless at this point. Plan to run it more tomorrow to continue break in procedure. very pleased so far.

I really Like the triple fuel. I am using LP and gasoline. I tried LP first. I have no use it with gasoline yet but I have generators that run on gasoline. I like the large fuel tank. With the fuel combos you only need to turn a switch and continue generating in a few moments in the cold of the night instead pouring nearly 10 gallons of fuel if you time it right. This generater power my whole house that is total electric.

I just bought this product yesterday, and now waiting for electrician to come set up for me. I have been reading the manual and find it very easy to navigate. I will return upon successful installation. It only took me 25 years to buy a generator, and look forward to having power when needed. Storms are getting heavy down here in GA.

My husband purchased the WGen9500DF for our home after an outage where we had lost 2 freezers full of meat & fridge full of food (we all know how expensive food & meat is). We had another outage shortly after the purchase, it worked better than we anticipated & covered more areas than we had originally planned for. We are extremely happy & would purchase again.

a family member got one a year or so ago and has used it for power when the power is out works great ( used 4 times now ) so i got one and love it for the price and the power you get it is worth the money i would buy again also orderd on monday and got it delivered the next day to my door took about 20 min.to put wheels on and add oil (comes with oid ) some fuel and ready to go

I got this generator for emergency back up use and that time came and i hooked up this 11500TFc and it was all love this generator ran like a well tuned machine without any problems or lose of running power I would honestly recommend this generator for main use or for loss of home power this generator will run your entire house with a 50Amp inlet generator box

Great features on this generator. Electric start, remote start, built in battery charging plug. Makes it easy for my wife or son to start it if I'm not home. 50 amp plug offers plenty of power. Tri fuel is a great feature also. This is my insurance policy when the next hurricane comes through.
