It is NOT heavy duty woven canvas, no accessories pocket, no velcro top and no elastic hemmed bottom. What was sent is a glorified version of a trash bag with the Westinghouse logo. Here is the packaging showing what should have been sent.

Model iGen5000DF was purchased as part of a solar system purchase. Starts easily and I have confidence in my electrical use with this generator as my back up in my off grid cabin. Solar installer did all the initial set up. This generator runs great.

I just bought my IGen500DFc inverter generator. Unboxed it, added the oil followed setup and starting instructions. Started just fine. Ran it for over 2 hours break in. Everything seems flawless at this point. Plan to run it more tomorrow to continue break in procedure. very pleased so far.

My husband purchased the WGen9500DF for our home after an outage where we had lost 2 freezers full of meat & fridge full of food (we all know how expensive food & meat is). We had another outage shortly after the purchase, it worked better than we anticipated & covered more areas than we had originally planned for. We are extremely happy & would purchase again.

Just brought it . Live very rural a power goes out often. It cranks quickly and I love the remote feature because the generator is about 100 ft from porch so all I do is crank it remotely and throw the transfer switch . It's way quieter and doesn't cause lights to flicker when the water well pump comes on . Only used it for a test run but good so far

I bought the Westinghouse 13,500 late spring of 2024 to prep for the hurricane season and was pleased with the performance. I had a local electrician out to install the whole house generator hook up and was able to plug in and power almost my entire home. Did not power the AC. It did power the refrigerator in the kitchen and spare freezer in the garage. It did bog down a bit for the microwave and the hot water heater. We did purchase a AC window unit and that was powered without an issue all night long. A large 9.5 gallon fuel tank. Electric and remote start make it easy for my wife to manage by the push of a button. To store, while running, shut the fuel valve off until the generator turns off and drain the fuel tank into a canister that way its ready to for the next season. I have given it thought to buy the larger model available or buy another 13.5 and run parallel to create a monster power house.

Purchased this to replace my 15 year old 5500w (pull start) generator. Like all the digital readouts, all 3 power cord outlets & ease of use. Love the fact it's dual fuel, since I have 5 propane bottles in storage (and propane Does not go bad/stale like gasoline). Filled with oil, hooked up a tank pushed the start button And it started INSTANTLY ! It is so much quieter than my old model and it powers my Entire House (properly wired to Breaker Box) ~~>. Heat Pump, 2 space heaters, 2 TVs, ALL Regular lights we use, and still able to use microwave and stove top when we need to! (minus the HW Heater on). Would HIGHLY Recommend!

I bought this iGen 5000 dfc, back in April for my off the grid camp. I and my hunting dog spend months on end year round up at camp enjoying all that the wilds has to offer. The ingen5000 has stood up to continuous use through all mountain wilderness weather. I keep up on the maintenance chart , and use the best fuels. Gas/propane. I highly recommend.

Unboxed and easy to assemble; directions were easy to follow. Does not make it easy to get through smaller door. But can assemble/disassemble very easily. Will store until needed. Keep the box for storage
