WE get many power outages where I live. I see neighbors with their generators outside and many extension cords going through their windows. This generator is great because I had my breaker box wired to receive the power from this generator. I also love that fact that I can connect it to my natural gas line outside my house. No messing with gasoline or propane tanks.

Appreciate including the Replacement Parts list and diagram. Inclusion of the angled oil funnel was a good surprise. RECEIVED MY WGEN9500DF PORTABLE GENERATOR YESTERDAY. AFTER ASSEMBLY WHICH IS VERY SIMPLE I STARTED IT AND RAN FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES ON LP GAS. IT DIDN'T MISS A BEAT. LOVE THE ELECTRIC START WITH KEY FOB. CAN'T TELL YOU HOW IT WILL HOLD UP THE LONG RUN BUT IT IS BUILT VERY WELL. I THINK IT WILL LAST ME FOR A LONG TIME. GLAD I SETTLED FOR THE WESTINGHOUSE GENERATOR.

I bought the iGen5000c five months ago, and I am very happy with it. The setup and operation of the generator is easy. It runs great! I was able to power all of my appliances and electronics without any issues. The only negative (and it is minor) is that the strap that holds the battery broke during my first use, but the battery is in a safe compartment anyway. I would definitely buy a Westinghouse generator again.

I purchased generator after hurricane Helene had devastated out area. My previous generator motor locked down. I have run this generator 10 hrs. at various loads and it has performed flawlessly. I am very satisfied with product thus far and would purchase again if inn need of one.

I bought this generator because I have a dog and a cat at home and every year it seems like the power goes out for at least a day and sometimes more. Recently the power went out for three days, and fortunately, my neighbor's power went out, but mine did not. With that being said if I had to go to a hotel, they would certainly not accept my dog and my cat so, I had to purchase this so I could have peace of mind to keep my house warm and comfortable for my animals and myself. I am so glad that I did. I have peace of mind now that I will not have to abandon my home to go to a hotel. This generator allows me to hook up to my natural gas, so I don't have to change any bottles out and it's so convenient. I would highly recommend this generator to anyone.

Bough another brand a few months ago. Defective What a mess. I received yours two days ago. Set it up yesterday and finished this morning. I'm 77 first one my 2 boys helped me, this one I did myself, their not happy. They will be here this week when we hook it to the house. I'll let you know how it runs hook up to the house.
