Bought this pressure washer for my pressure washing business and absolutely love it starts up every time runs my surface cleaner with ease would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a 4400-psi pressure washer for a great price.

Just got it and looking over documentation, they want product registered and a review provided. Since I just unboxed it, I have no idea if it's any good. It m not happy that a nickname of 4 characters is necessary to register.

Have not used the pressure washer yet, but assembly was easy and looks like a great product. Purchased one a few weeks ago that I had to return because the pull start assembly was broken.

Solid pressure washer. Runs great. Had an issue with the original one I purchased being damaged. The second one I purchase was also slightly damaged, so I'm a bit concerned on how well this company handles their products on their end.

I did a lot of internet research and covered most of the bases. For a high pressure application like cleaning mold and discoloration off of concrete, you need the more powerful washers and this is a great value in the higher output machines.

Enough pressure and volume for every job around the house. Works especially well for driveways and sidewalks when paired with the Westinghouse 16.5” SS Surface Cleaner.

I received the WPX3800 a couple weeks ago and have already used it twice for a total of about 5 hours to spray off my driveway. It works really good so far and has plenty of power. The assembly and setup was straightforward and easy to accomplish in a few minutes. Starting it up for the first time took numerous pulls even after meticulously following the starting directions. The second time it was a little easier to start but still took about seven pulls to get it started. If it would start on the first pull, every time, it would be getting a fifth star. Not a major deal breaker, but something to consider from my experience. Thanks and have a blessed day!

I've only used once and was total satisfied and surprised with the amount of pressure and water flow. Unfortunately when I unboxed it the lower tube framing that the upper frame assembly slides into was bent at the 90. It was bent at least 6 inches away from where the upper assembly lines up. I ordered this model on 6/1/2025 and it was available for pickup on 6/8/2025. The tracking and a couple of service contacts were very friendly and helpful. Assembly was straight forward. The User Manual could be updated a bit in the future. The 1 part that gave me some trouble was the High Pressure Hose. The female quick connect end was very tight. It was almost impossible to insert the male connector end on the Spray Gun Handle into the quick disconnect end of the high power hose. The quick disconnect on the pressure hose isn't repairable. I was able to connect and disconnect the pressure hose from the spray handle but it still remains difficult to connect and disconnect. Wasted time to get that useable before I could operate the pressure washer. The unit is powerful and vibration is high. If not for that, I would have given a 5 Star rating. So far I have used it once. I am pleased with its performance.

I've used it twice so far. It was easy to assemble. Makes quick work of my vinyl siding and fencing. Has enough power to get the job done quickly and accurately. Great assortment of nozzles and all the parts seem to have good quality. I have no complaints.
